Botanical Name - Cannabis sativa

Aroma - Medium, slightly earthy

Extraction Method - Cold pressed

Part of Plant - Seed

Country of Origin - Europe

It can be used to balance combination skins, though it would need to be blended with other gentler oils for use with very dry or sensitive skins. As it is also anti-inflammatory, it is an excellent choice for using in products for acne skins. It blends well with Apricot oil in a massage base and with Jojoba to condition the hair.

Organic Certificate - This oil is certified organic by the Soil Association, which means you can be sure that it has been produced to the highest ethical and environmental standards. The Soil Association’s standards exceed the UK government's minimum requirements for organic products in many areas but particularly in animal welfare, GM and the use of pesticides. Standards are constantly reviewed to ensure they deal with current issues.

Please note that this oil is cold pressed and not an essential oil from the plant itself, therefore it is not high in the T.H.C. that has been talked about in cancer care.
